AgriIntel ("we", "us", or "our") operates agriintel.farm. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

We collect your email address when you join our waitlist or subscribe to the weekly digest. We do not collect your name, payment information (handled by Stripe), or any personal information beyond your email address.

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser type when you visit our site. These logs are used for security and diagnostic purposes only and are not shared with third parties.

How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used exclusively to send the weekly AgriIntel signal digest on Tuesday mornings. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party. We do not use your email for advertising or marketing beyond AgriIntel product updates.

Data Storage

Email addresses are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway (railway.app) in North America. We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Unsubscribe & Deletion

You can unsubscribe from the digest at any time by emailing intel@agriintel.farm with the subject "Unsubscribe". We will remove your email from our list within 48 hours. To request complete deletion of your data, use the same email address.

Cookies

AgriIntel does not use tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. The only data stored in your browser is what is necessary for the dashboard to function.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Railway (hosting), Zoho Mail (email delivery). These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with these services beyond what is necessary to operate the platform.
